Second Thoughts

Mona told Mike that Grandma is having second thoughts about selling her place and moving here. Mike, me and Guy all were not happy to hear this.
Just like Mike said, after all the money that has been invested in this room addition and all the stress everyone has had to endure, she better not reconsider. (of course me and Guy invested no money but certainly did endure a lot of stress). Anyway I think Mona was hurt that Mike was only thinking about the money and stress so Mike took Mona to dinner. Fortunately that baby went with them so we didn't have to suffer through that babysitter. Me and Guy were kind of bummed that Grandma might not come, especially when we were reminded that if she doesn't come we'll be stuck with the babysitter everytime Mike and Mona go out. Little Pumpkin told us we are being selfish to only see this through our eyes and not Grandma's. How could we see it through Grandma's eyes when we don't have her eyes? Usually Pumpkin is very wise, but I guess not all of the time.
