T Minus 6 and Counting

Me and Guy can't believe that in less than a week our sweet Grandma will be with us forever. Don't forget, it wasn't that long ago that she didn't think she could sell her place and now here we are planning a big welcome for her. Although we have been talking about making her all sorts of presents, so far nothing has materialized mainly because we haven't done anything. Wow I really have to focus and start crafting!
