The Best Plans of Cats and Men

Well everything went according to plan tonight with one tiny detail not quite working. After giving Lotto the puppy dog the heads up about what we were going to do, the three of us went to the corner and laid down. Just as expected our owners laughed and commented on how cute we all were sleeping together (we were playing possum, whatever that means). Then Mona said they should let us have a sleepover sometime. We were so excited that we all ran over to our respective owners and were purring and barking (me and Guy purring, Lotto the puppy dog barking). Well then they really became hysterical and were commenting that if they didn't know better, they'd think we understood what they were saying. Of course, we understood! Humans are so dense! Anyway, in all of our excitement we realized that the sleepover wouldn't include Tom Selleck! Now what?!!!
