Day One of the Protest

Today Guy wasn't eating his food as a protest against not being invited to the swim party the other day. Mona became very concerned (because piggy Guy never misses a meal) and told Mike she was going to take him to the vet. Mike told her to calm down and maybe he was just tired of the food so he bought Guy some really expensive canned food and I don't need to tell you what happened next. Guy immediately gave up the protest and ate like it was his last meal ever. He hasn't had the courage to meow with Tom Selleck today so I let Mr. S. know what was going on. Now Tom Selleck is angry at Guy and swears he'll never meow with him again. Just goes to show no good can come from protesting. As for me, I got to taste some of Guy's new food and it reminds me so much of the yummy food I got when I lived with Sam and Suzie. Hate to see Guy and Tom Selleck feuding but I am happy that the protest resulted in us getting some decent food. Hmmm--mixed emotions!
