The Dainty Diet

Wow, Mona came home from church and coffee and donuts fit to be tied! Seems she gained five pounds and told Mike she is starting the famed Dainty Diet immediately. Actually she'll have to start tomorrow since she already had two donuts after church and put cream (it was non-fat, though) in her coffee. Anyway for breakfast you have four grapes, then lunch is either a cup of clear broth or steamed broccoli (NO BUTTER!). Dinner is the big meal where you have a slice of plain toast with a piece of non-fat cheese and lettuce and tomato. Thank goodness I've never had a weight problem cuz I couldn't eat that slop. Guy said he couldn't either. When I pointed out that he did seem to be carrying a little extra weight around the tummy, he got very upset and told me it's all muscle that I see. Right! So how come that muscle sags so much? Guy needs to do Kitty Weight Watchers but I didn't tell him and upset him even more.
